How to file Complain on UP RERA site

Dear friends 

I have done this as first application after discussions with lawyer friend and directly with RERA enquiry . 

The procedure is simple : 

Open the site up-rera.in 

Go to complaint 

Enable pop ups if asked for 

Try using internet explorer , which works well . 

Mark project for complaint 

From Drop down , select the project out of many , pl be careful select Golf Country phase 1 

Get the registration of the project from project filter 

Write the name and details of complainant

Enter one recpt number with date , only one recpt is required . 

RERA enquiry mentioned they need only one recpt to verify that you are the buyer of the plot

For the complaint : 

You should write without any special character . 

You can write in word format , copy and paste in the space given for complaint . Pl copy only the matter from the format and paste. 

Write section sub section for each complaint from RERA act 2016. It is given by us and can be directly taken . 

Relief , write what you want with ref to again section sub section . 

For payment use ICICI or Pnb gateway 

Click other bank if you want to pay from other banks. Accepted cards will be displayed , click the card you want to pay like Visa / MasterCard . 

Write details of card required . 

Possible OTP msg will come in your phone or if you have other process , it should work . 

You will have the recpt on your screen once payment is triggered . 

Print with screen shot . 

Pl note while you write phone number , you should have network . The registration number will come in 5 minutes as sms . If your phone does not have network , it won’t come . 

Hope this is ok 

Pl update the procedure formally once you are done so that this will benefit others .
