RERA and buyers representations

As per RERA if 50% + flats were sold then a ad-hoc committee is mandatory to create which having representation from Every tower along with builder. This committee will be functional till proper RWA were taking control.

I don't know how this is being overruled by builders and why official having Gandhari's eye on it. 

Ned to do something.
