Please let me know Builders Ajnara asking Final payment before issuing offers of possession letter. What should I pay final payment?. I have already paid 92% of flat amount. Pl give yourself suggestions.

When we ask builder regarding CC they refuse to talk with us.

Hi Kailash / Vimlesh,

Please don't accept offer of possession until builder show you the OC and CC from Authority.

You can also file an RTI with authority seeking current status of OC and CC.

Dear Group member,

Untill nd unless the builder obtain CC/OC don't give any money in case you do not need possession.The builder can not to you anything and do not afraid about their threatening for charging interest etc.

In case you really want the possession to move in the flat before OC/CC than you have to make all payment and compelete all legal formalities even advance cheque/DD for stamp duty etc at your  own risk.

In Noida and Gr Noida lot of people has taken the possession without OC/CC and residing in the apartment peacefully on their own risk.
