EMI Vs Possession

Hi
I have booked a flat in La Residentia society in 2012 which is in phase 3 of the project.
Developer has offered possession in phase 1 and promised to offer phase 2 in Dec 2018 & phase 3 in 2019 end. Whereas NO construction is been happening in phase 3.
Authority is not doing any REGISTRY in the project..

My EMI for 3 years have already been over (other than 3 years of PRE EMI Interest).
Now I can not see possession of property in 2019 also.. Paying hefty amount in EMI& RENT together is creating problem. This has become MONTHLY tension for me. My entire family is badly affected because of this..

Wanted to know any suggestions to STOP these EMI's till possession.

Awaiting suggestions.

I am also buyer and resident in La Residentia.

I was offered possession in 2015 and shifted there in March 2016. Over two years I am living there. My registry already done.

Phase 2 and Phase 3 work are not going on as of now and even Dec 2019 for phase 3 does not look like reality.

Few buyers already moved to court and hearing is in final stage in National consumer court. You can easily join them.

THANK YOU friends for sharing your experiences. I have booked a flat in earth towne during 2011and paid 95%of cost and monthly repaying EMI but still there is uncertainty regarding the  possession. Pl give me advice and guide me. I am really helpless

Dear Rohitji,

I am a buyer of La-Residentia also, my flat comes under Phase 3 and I share the same concerns as you do.
I also agree with Shri. Rajeevji, we should join the buyers group who have already taken the matter to National Consumer Court.
My sincere suggestion is that we all buyers of Phase 2 and Phase 3 should unitedly fight with the builder for the early possession of our flats.

I also booked my FLAT in AMARPALLI GOLF HOMES in October 2010.  I am paying EMI.  Now I am not in DELHI NCR,  I am working in JAMSHEDPUR .So any body help me what is the status GOLF HOME. If any one help me very thankful to you.
