Dear Sir,

            

  I have been approaching your organisation by constantly calling nos 9212660914 (Ruchika), 0120/ 4882000 (Nisha and Aarti), 8587056500 (Mudassir Amin), 8826997301 ( Umesh Rathore) constantly  and repeatedly. I regret that either the phone has been snubbed or only false promises rendered.

             You have sent a prompt demand for last 10% payment for start to finish without any supporting documents like photograph and a certificate dated current from your architect but also failed to revise the demand to 5% as mutually agreed by the undersigned and Ms Sakshi ( copy of mail already provided to you), subsequently confirmed of revision by your staff Ms Nisha, Tanya and Aarti (repeatedly and not only once).The detailed log of my calls can be produced till 1630 hrs today. This resulting my failure to remit the 5% till now. The last assurance given to me by your staff is by 1800 hrs today.

              It seems that the sheer purpose of your enethical business practice is to generate funds by ensuring failure from customers to timely remittence of money against your demand. This is nothing but looting helpless buyers thru unscrupulous practices and leving heafty fines consequently.This is a very dangerous attitude entirely attributed to your foul methods These must be resisted by one and all with all might and strength at ones disposal.

             I have therefore decided to move ahead with all options available at my disposal unless you choose to redress the grivances of we buyers. You are advised to take cognizance of this letter and make amends to your ill motives by becoming customer friendly concern and not one with sole motive of screwing all your buyers that too really hard.

also the what is the proof about the new account is not fake. i cant pay my amount 5% in this account basis of emai.

send the hard copy of bank account change confirmation n revised demand of 5%.

rest 5% will be apid at possession.

u have delayed the possession n it will be charged to you as fine of 24% for the amount (90%) paid to you.

i will not pay single rs till get the revised demand letter n confirmaton of account change.

all email id is blocked, all calls are fake.

company is fraud.
