JM FLorence Project Delay

Hello Everyone,

I have a flat in A Tower of JM Florence project in Noida Extension by J.M. Housing Limited for which possession has to be given by March'17 by builder which builder was not able to provide and it is delayed till now. I am paying Pre-EMIs of Interest amount (approx. 24K as per latest EMI) since March'17 to the bank which makes a total of 4.5 lacs approximately.

Builder is now asking for remaining amount before possession so that he can complete rest of the work in common area & ABC tower (I don't know what builder has done with 80-90% amount which buyers has already given). Also builder is demanding amount for some extra space in one of the balcony which they haven't informed at the time of booking.

So the project is delayed and instead of paying us penalty charges due to delay in project builder is asking for remaining payments, extra space amount and other irrelevant demands before possession. Can anyone please help or advise me if anyone of you came across such scenario and what are the options we have to stop builder from doing these unacceptable things & raising irrelevant demands.

I hope you are part of some groups in the same so my advise will be to discuss among same group for common planning. At any point of time there is no point to surrender you can lodge your complain into UPRERA.

I will definitely lodge a complaint again JM Housing in UP RERA. 

May I know if NEFOWA can help buyers of JM Florence in any possible way??
