Sir,

First of all any unethical, illegal, false demand will not be accepted and it will be challenged in honorable court

Why should I Pay GST? For your failure to deliver? Because since last 7 years I am paying Rent + Home Loan EMI and going through mental harassment?

I have booked this flat in August 2010  and as per my flat buyer agreement, you had to deliver the flats by max June 2014, It is more than 7 years after booking, still there is no hope to get this flat in near future, no information about  when I will  get the possession of flats.

I have paid 90% of total cost of flat without any delay from my side, whenever I received the demand I paid the due on time so that you can deliver on time.

As per law, order of court in some cased, agreement, I am supposed to receive the penalty from builder for delay in delivery as per the commitment.  So please provide delay penalty as per RERA. Please note that RERA law states that the rate builder charged from customer for delay payment + additional 2% interest, since you charged 24% interest rate so as a buyers I am supposed to get 26% interest.

Again my question is why should I be punished for your failure? Thus I will not to pay single rupees for any unethical, illegal, false demand other than mentioned in demand letter, be it GST or any other charges.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I visited the site yesterday only and found the same status including water pipeline fitting in the drawing room, kitchen and master bedroom and because of that flooring work is pending in the complete flat except two bedrooms. Electrical Wiring, Water Fitting, Sanitation work, Tile work, kitchen work, door and windows work, glass work everything is pending and you people are saying Offer of Possession will be sent in Dec. 2017./Jan., 2018.

Kindly take it seriously and ask the person concerned at site to speedup the work so that our flat No.E-902 may come at par like other flats in the tower.

We are eagerly waiting for the possession to reduce unnecessary monetary burden being faced by us by paying EMI & Rent.
