Affirmative Action Outreach plan

The National Democratic Party requires an outreach plan for each of the Caucuses, including the Disability Caucus. I need you to help with that. We need to concentrate on community partnerships that we feel would be most useful to us. These don't have to be Democratic resources, but organizations in the community for people with disabilities. Examples might be ADAPT NE, newsletters from related organizations, etc. Just send me any you can think of for the plan. I'll write it, I just need your help. Thanks!!!!
