Employment Information Gathering Initiative

The Arc of Nebraska, Arc of Omaha/Career Solutions, and The CSI Network are conducting focus groups to gather information about how employment is impacting individuals with developmental disabilities in the state of Nebraska. We have been given the honor to work together through grant funds from the Walmart Foundation, The Arc of the United States, and under contract with the Nebraska Planning Council on Developmental Disabilities and the Nebraska Medicaid Infrastructure Grant. The overall goal of the project is to increase coordination of employment services and supports and to create a community plan that will provide more employment opportunities and supports for people with developmental disabilities in Omaha.

In order to make this initiative successful we need your assistance. People who are impacted by employment services are the experts on what makes that successful. Your expertise is very much needed by participating in an hour focus group with other members of your community.

We have June 30th all day with the following group times available and your RSVP is very much appreciated.
