This
tells about the Convention in a nutshell...I was proud to be able to
attend the reception following the signing of the Convention. I want to
see it ratified. It won't do all the scary things, like prohibit parents
spanking their children or forcing abortions on women. It reinforces
the US law called the ADA. You can sign the petition at the above site. Please also contact Senator Johanns and urge him to vote YES on ratification.
