I wanted to share a quick reminder that the Poster, Showpiece, and Journal-First submission deadlines for VL/HCC 2025 are coming up on July 25.

If you or your students have relevant work, this is a great opportunity to present it to the VL/HCC community. The conference will be held right here in Raleigh, on NC State’s Centennial Campus, which makes it especially convenient for local participants—and can significantly reduce travel costs.

Please feel free to pass this along to colleagues or PhD students who might benefit from presenting at VL/HCC.
