All the Indoor Championship line times are on the website  http://www.ncfaa-archery.org/

Final post of "useful information" (more complicated than "basics"!)

Archers - when signing in on the day: have NFAA Membership confirmation, signed insurance waiver, fees and confirmation of shooting division. It is archer's responsibility to sign up in the correct division.

The Tournament Director or Tournament Captain has overall responsibility. http://www.ncfaa-archery.org/Forms/NCFAA%20Tournament%20Captain%20Checklist.html

Scoring
Target Captains will be assigned, one per bale or every three to six archers (four is usual), in charge of settling disputes or rule questions.
One score caller per group (the only person allowed past the 5ft scorekeeper line until all scores are recorded) - they must not be scared to make a call, so get some practice calling scores!
Two scorekeepers per group -  because we need double scoring
Three signatures on all score cards - archer and two scorekeepers or other archer if you are scorekeeper.
Protest fee is $25, refundable if upheld or withdrawn. Archer filing the grievance must include the following: a written explanation of rule infractions and what happened; Target Captain's decision and whether this was made by group consensus or by him/her directly. Include the names of all witnesses and signatures of both parties. All must happen no more than 45 minutes after shooting lines are completed for that session. Paid and submitted to tournament captain then notify president and or secretary.

All scores will be called and recorded.highest to lowest x x 10, or x x 5 4 2. Count all X's,
X' s are first tie breaker.

Ties
To determine winner (we will determine all ties):
Total score
1st tie breaker score and # of x's
2nd tie breaker NFAA 300 score 3rd tie breaker NFAA x count
4th tie breaker Vegas score
5th tie breaker Vegas X count
6th tie breaker longest highest score run on scorecard, starting on NFAA round, then Vegas.
If tie can not be broken the archers may choose to shoot off at a time, location and round of mutual consent or mutual consent coin flip by NCFAA Officer or if archers can't decide NCFAA will declare co-champions and present two awards.

I hope these emails of basics and other information have been useful. Please send any feedback that would help to improve them for next year.

Cheers,
