the website is a little more up to date now: http://www.ncfaa-archery.org/

For anyone shooting the Indoor Championships for the first time, here are some of the basics.
There are a few more 'basics' emails planned, so please let me know if you have any specific questions.

The Qualifier.
This qualifier is a way for us to know that you can shoot a whole archery round* safely, and it's a chance for you to visit your local range to shoot with others who are also competing. There is no cut off score: you just need to have a signed score card showing that you completed the round.
*Vegas 300 is 30 arrows (3 per end) on the multicolored target and NFAA 300 is 60 arrows (5 per end) on the blue and white face. You will shoot one round of each for the Indoor Championships, and you can choose either one for your qualifier.
The cost for shooting a qualifier is $10. Be sure to bring your current NCFAA membership card.

The Vegas 300 and NFAA 300 rounds.
This blog has one of the more user friendly explanations: https://charlesarcheryblog.wordpress.com/tag/how-to-score-nfaa-indoor-5-spot/

Remember that the full set of rules is available on the NFAA Constitution. The explanation of indoor rounds starts on page 55:
