Hi there,

So sorry I won't be able to make it but I have a holiday party that night.

Also, I would like to comment if I may that the food last time was quite dismal, minimal, and unhealthy considering the meetings are dinner time and the group is a conscious one regarding food choices (presumably based on our being green). Hopefully it will get better and certainly no more expensive than the $15 from last time.

Again, sorry to miss this upcoming green drinks, hope to see you at the next one. Happy T-Giving!

Hello Jonathon and all,

(I'm sending this to all of you since Jonathon has brought up some good
points.)

Sorry to hear that the food was not what you'd hoped. We're not really
expecting to replace dinner for folks (since that would cost even more!) but
to provide hearty appetizers -- we'll see what we can do to improve on the
food front.

And, although we really tried to avoid it, we did have to raise the
participation fee to $20 to cover the room and microphone as well as the
food (we were short of cash last time to pay the bill!).

Although Jonathon will not be able to attend, we're looking forward to
welcoming the rest of you to our community's celebration -- 2007 was a very
big year for all things sustainable!!
