Whitelisted IP addresses for test tools.

I went into Gazelle today and added a system under IHE USA with several hosts that will have simulators that you might wish to whitelist as part of your preparation.

Because they are in Gazelle, you can get these IP addresses the same way you would get the list of all partner IP addresses. That process is defined in a configuration document here: https://data.ihe-europe.net/webinars/Tools/KER1-PRE-IHE-CONF_SHARING_ONLINE.pdf
