This is an urgent appeal to endorse an Open Letter to the Collector, Rayagada & Odisha Authorities, condemning the arbitrary restraint of social activists & seeking immediate withdrawal of a draconian Order prohibiting 24 activists and adivasis from entering Rayagada for 2 months and participating in protests.
