Greetings & Jai bhim in the new year!
Tomorrow the Union Budget will be presented under the new fiscal structure of the merger of plan and non plan and a new scheme structure. Though the budget manual 2017-18 issued in September 2017 directs all ministries to maintain the same levels of fund flows to SC ST schemes, we await eagerly to see how the level of commitment to the SCSP TSP this year. We will update you within 3 days what is the actual levels and I request all of you to meet MPs and ministers also write our concerns and demands.
