Dear Colleagues,

We invite you to join our official Side Event at the High Level Political Forum (HLPF) 2021 titled, "Leave No Women Behind during the COVID-19 Pandemic" to be held on Friday, 9 July 2021 from 5-6.30 PM IST. The event is organised by GCAP, Awaz Foundation and other members and partners (please refer to the attached Programme Schedule in English, French and Spanish). 

The side event will discuss the impact of the pandemic on women with multiple discrimination like women belonging to indigenous communities, discrimination on work and descent (DWD) communities, women with disabilities, elderly women, women refugees, the new widows and others. 

GCAP will release its “Global Study on Multiple Discrimination of Women During the COVID-19 Pandemic” during the event.

Translation will be available in English, Spanish, French and Hindi in the event.
