Dear Friends,

Critical Discourse on Economic Justice and Budget Allocation for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled
Tribes in Union Budget 2023

The Dalit Arthik Adhikar Andolan (DAAA) of the National Campaign for Dalit Human Rights (NCDHR)
cordially invites the media to attend a crucial press conference on 2nd February 2022 to analyse the
budget allocation by the Government of India for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes in Union
Budget 2023.

Date: 2nd February 2022
Time: 02:00- 5.00 PM
Venue: The Constitution Club of India, Rafi Marg, New Delhi

The government budget is a reflection of the government's policies, promises, and aspirations, as it
sets the plan for how much funding is required, how it will be generated, and how these funds will
be utilized to address the various demands of the country, ranging from enhancing security to
providing better health care and reducing poverty.

Given that budgets affect everyone, it's crucial to have an understanding of how budgets operate to
guarantee fair allocation and effective execution of programs, especially for marginalized
communities like Dalits and Adivasis

Economic justice and sufficient budget allocation are critical components in promoting the welfare
and uplifting the marginalised communities in India. Our experts will shed light on the current
scenario and the future implications of the budget allocation for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled
Tribes.

Join us at the press conference to engage in an enlightening discussion, ask questions, and
understand the importance of economic justice and sufficient budget allocation for the welfare of
Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes.

Kindly confirm your attendance and be a part of the revelations we make about the 2023 budget and its significance.
