MLO Website and Sync Offline?

Greetings,
I'm getting a error message when i try to sync my MLO, and if I try to access website they appear to be off line was well. someone with same issue?

here the err log from MLO application when trying to sync

"Getting server message error: Unable to load WSDL File/Location: https://sync.mylifeorganized.net/mlo/MLOInetSync.asmx?wsdl.  Error [Error sending data: (12002) O tempo limite da operação foi atingido]"

Hi Alisson, 

Sorry to hear you are having this issue. The error "Unable to load WSDL File/Location" typically occurs due to network access restrictions. To prevent this in the future, we recommend checking your network settings, disabling any proxy or antivirus protection that may interfere with connections.

Additionally, while not recommended for security reasons, you can try disabling the HTTPS connection if necessary. To do this: Menu -> Synchronization -> Configuration -> MLO Cloud -> Set up connection -> Advanced -> Use Secure Connection (Off).
