he error "Unable to load WSDL File/Location" typically occurs due to network access restrictions. To prevent this in the future, we recommend checking your network settings, disabling any proxy or antivirus protection that may interfere with connections.
Additionally, while not recommended for security reasons, you can try disabling the HTTPS connection if necessary. To do this: Menu -> Synchronization -> Configuration -> MLO Cloud -> Set up connection -> Advanced -> Use Secure Connection (Off).
