The progress and roadmap of MyFEM.Visualizer

Right now we are working on the most important part of MyFEM:
Visualizer. This part is about the modeling of MyFEM. We are using
wxWidgets and OpenGL for development. Hopefully in Feb. 2007, the 0.1
version of MyFEM.Visualizer could be released. The roadmap of
Visualizer toward 1.0 is following:
0.1 Setup the camera class and change viewpoint at any angle
0.2 Realize the zoom and mouse selection functions
0.3 Show fronts in OpenGL. Create copy, move and delete points.
0.4 Create copy, move and delete lines.
0.5 Create copy, move and delete constraints, materials and etc.
0.6 Use wxAUI to enhance the GUI
0.7 Use wxPropertyGrid to enhance GUI.
0.8 Show the displacements, forces of FEM models after running
MyFEM.Analyzer.
0.9 Input and output model data file.
0.10 Build MyFEM.Visualizer in both Windows and Linux platform and
release the 0.1 version
Up to version 0.4, we will distribute the source codes plus Windows
executable files. After that, only executable files are be open to
everyone. If you want to get the codes, you should demonstrate your
ability and contribute your efforts for the development of
MyFEM.Visulizer. You can put your works in our mailing-list and let
them voted by all our members.
