Game 1127 - missing character

I joined this game (my first one) the other day and posted a few
messages right away and have been checking back obsessively since then
but there haven't been any updates from other players. Then to my
frustration I logged in to see that Jeve was gone from the game
(presumably a booted player). Today I received a message that I had
been booted for inactivity and when I went to rejoin the game I saw
that we were missing Jeve altogether - his character is no longer in
play and he's not an option for a new player to select.

I'm really new to this but it seemed odd to me so I thought I'd point
it out.
