I have done everything in the level 0 game and everyone voted to move
on. I was the murderer, so I don't accuse anyone. But I'm still level
0 and can't join any of the level 1 games. Why didn't my level change?

It could be that some of the other players have not issued their
accusations yet. You get upgraded when they do.
If that's not the case, please let me know.
