weird answer from unknown person to my last post

Someone answered my last question about old help questions to my
personal email instead of on forum,confusing ,I think, what the
"admin." means. The answer in case you really are admin. is that I did
look for the new questions or I wouldn't have posted my question. It
didn't sound like what someone who was would say, especially direct to
email & not on forum. If it's you Sandy, or a colleague I truly
apologize.If I'm right and you're not part of admin. -
