Hello All,

We are happy to invite you all to the Software Freedom Day celebration
for the year 2023 in the name of TossConf2023 and also ILUGC's 25th
year anniversary.

This year, We celebrate Tamil Open Source Software Conference 2023 on
software freedom day (September 16, 2023) as an one day offline event
at Kissflow technologies, Perungudi, Chennai from 10 AM onwards. We
also have a series of online events prior and after Sept 16.

Just like last year, we united almost all FOSS groups and LUGs to
celebrate TossConf2023.
We would like your participation and support to make TossConf2023 a
memorable event in FOSS community history.
