Smithsonian announces new species called olinguito and describes it as cross between house cat and teddy bear.

I was unaware house cats (presumably not "fixed") could breed with stuffed toys.  Wonder if, as in frex the tilon/liger, it makes any difference which one is the male and which one is the female?  I suppose if a female teddy bear gets pregnant and the young-uns grow very much she could pop some stitches . . .
