Senior Process Engineer

Eximius Personnel is currently seeking a Senior Process Engineer for a
facility that produces PTT.

The main responsibilities of the position include (but not limited
to): supervisor the process engineers; develop
and establish a five year risk review plan of the plant; identify the
key performance indicators of the plant and work on a continuous
improvement plan for the plant and its process; carry out studies and
proects; coach the engineering team.

We are looking for someone with the following background: Bachelor in
chemical Engineering; member of the "ordre des ingénieurs du Québec",
15 or more years of experience in the chemical industy or
petrochemical industry;written and oral bilingualism; action oriented;
leadership skills; Strong ability in problem resolution; Noteworthy of
expertise in advanced process control; Excellent writting
capabilities; Developed reactive and
decision-making abilities; Flexible and available; Initiative and has
a natural sense of innovation; A natural communicator with a real
desire to work in a team, in order to contribute to the training and
development of the
junior and intermediate process engineers in place.
