Technical Sales Representative
We are currently looking for a Technical Sales Representative on
behalf of our client, a technical sales organization representing a
number of world class companies in various industries such as
aerospace, electronics, and transportation.
Candidate profile:
You are a business “hunter” and a self starting, self managed person
who enjoys interacting with a wide range of people. You are an able
persuader who can identify opportunities and create solutions in close
collaboration with your customer.
You know the $ value of planning and organization coupled with timely
follow-up and follow through.
Your excellent written and oral communication skills make you
comfortable in the shop and in making formal presentations.
Bilingualism in French and English would be an asset for the Quebec
position.
All aspects of application selling are given part of your sales
activities. You consider your-self a quick study.
Problem solving and solution finding with a wide range of products is
second nature, as are strong business acumen and closing skills.
You have 3-5 or more years of progressive technical sales experience
with education and formal training in one or more technical
disciplines.
You consider your technical sales experience as a “smorgasbord” of
finding and closing opportunities; nothing is too unusual or daunting.
You have been persistent in and successful providing product
solutions. Your customers know you are the “go to” person who creates
win-wins and closes the sale.
Above all you understand the value and practice of strategic selling.
Your T4 is your proof.
