application for a full-time permanent position as a Linux and database

Requirements:

* Undergraduate degree in computer sciences or related field
* Minimum of 2 years experience in the field
* Advanced knowledge of database programming (SQL, MySQL)
* Excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS, XML, Linux or Unix
* Working knowledge of programming (PHP, PERL, Java Script, .Net)
* Analytical mind, good logical thinking
* Independence, responsibility, team spirit, good communication and
social skills
* Experience in other IT areas or project management is an asset

Job description:

* Maintenance of servers and administration of Apache
* Database administration - maintenance, repairs and backups
* Network communication
* Installation of web-based software applications
* Programming of scripts in PERL, Shell or Bash
* Debugging and development of scripts
* Development of database concepts and designs
* Programming of web and database applications
* Development of database applications for MySQL server
* Communication with content developers
