Inside Sales Representative

Location: Montreal

Our client, one of Canada's leading publishing companies, currently
has an opening in their classified department for an Inside Sales
Representative dedicated to outbound calling to solicit new business
for classifieds, special sections, and features.

Qualifications:

* Minimum of two years experience in sales, preferably in a call
center environment
* Creative thinker who enjoys formulating sales ideas and strategies
for clients
* Excellent telephone communication skills
* Ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy while working within
defined deadlines
* Fully bilingual in English and French (oral and written)
* Knowledge of Excel, Word, and Internet
* Team player
* Customer of oriented
* Sound understanding of the media environment including newspaper and
online products, a definite asset

Compensation and benefits:

The starting salary for this position is approximately $30,000 plus
commission. Average first year total salary is $40,000.
