OWNER OCCUPANCY RATE-
Was able to squeeze out the following; 20 of the 89 units at Ashmore 1
are rentals.
That's about 23%.

I think it's at a Lender acceptable level.

I know some lenders don't care how high the investor concentration is, as long as you buy it as your Primary Residence.
