Theft on Upper Puerta Vallarta

HI Neighbors,

I just wanted to inform all of you that a theft took place today, Wednesday Aug 22nd at 4:30pm on our street.  An early 20ish hispanic male stole a street bike from the Anderson's garage which was open. The good news is that Rick was able to get his bike back.  The bad news is that this robbery occurred in broad daily right in front of me.  My kids noticed this guy and knew he didn't look familiar.  I watched him walk down the side walk in front of my house.  I even proceeded to walk out to my driveway and he went right into the Anderson's garage and took off on the bike. Rick happened to be coming home to catch him with his bike on the corner of Camden and PV.  We just wanted you all to be aware that this happened.  I guess we should all be more cautious about leaving our garages and or cars open.  Also, his partner in crime was a woman maybe mid 50s driving a silver 4 door volvo.  So keep your eyes open.
