What you will be responsible for:
As the project manager, you will
• Engage with influence at various levels of the
organization, drive collaboration and trust and support effective implementation
of strategic priorities
• Provide project management support for
implementation of multiple key initiatives, working closely with line
management responsible for executing change
• Work closely with business and functional area
at State Street and our client to develop plans and materials related to
execution of strategic initiatives
• Support planning, facilitation, and execution
of regular communication and coordination across cross-functional teams
• Assist in the creation of communication,
including internal/external client decks, talking points, and meetings
• Bridge areas that straddle implementation and
BAU, including change control, enhancements, and upgrades
• Take ownership and initiative, be accountable
and proactive, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Education & Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required; PMP preferred
• 5+ years of experience leading financial
services projects or related management experience
• Ability to manage complex project execution
and multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and change management
experience
• Senior level presentation skills
• Demonstrated experience working directly with
both technical and non-technical partners of all levels of management internal
and external
• Experience in Agile Methodology and tools
(i.e. JIRA) preferred
