opened to us. It’s an inside sales manager role. Person should have minimum
2-5 years’ industry experience in sales.
They will be managing a team
of approx. 15 entry and mid-level sales, with room to grow. I will screen all
subs.
Salary: $100k base plus up to $75k in commission
annual
Location: Dallas market – need to be local for
eventual onsite with team (fall 2021)

This position manages the Sales
Associates assigned to the Mid-Market Enterprise business unit (inside sales
team). Plans and manages daily activities and long-term direction of the
sales team to attain overall targets for product and services bookings and
gross profit as defined by the company’s business plans.
Essential Functions:
- Manages the team of
Sales Associates for the Enterprise business unit of the Global Solutions
Integration division, enabling the assigned sales team to achieve short-
and long-term goals, sales revenue, gross profit and other objectives
within their defined account assignments.
- Monitors and reviews
performance on an ongoing basis and takes corrective action, when
required.
- Facilitates successful
sales and service activities by serving as the escalation point for
customer calls, internal team members, and non-routine questions regarding
policies, products, and services.
- Accountable for
assigning and ensuring attainment of goals by the assigned team members as
measured by the company through various reporting methods.
- Identifies and forecasts
potential sales opportunities for supported opportunities.
- Facilitates new
processes, tools, communications, and training to ensure efficient and
effective performance of the team.
- Collaborates with other
leaders and team members across the organization as needed to ensure the
fostering of positive working relationships. Interacts with
customers when necessary to ensure proper service delivery and
facilitation through all phases of interaction with company team members.
Education Requirements:
- Must have attained a
Bachelor’s degree, or achieved a suitable level of equivalent work
experience, preferably in Business.
- Master’s in Business
Administration (MBA) is preferred.
Experience Requirements:
- Must have more than 5
years in a sales capacity.
- Prior management
experience and team building experience strongly desired.
Other Qualifications, Skills
& Certifications:
- Ability to work well
under stress and handle multiple tasks or projects.
- Solid understanding of
business financials and sales processes.
- Ability to develop a
strong working knowledge of company products and services.
- Must possess a strong
service orientation, and the desire to serve internal and external
customers. Must be able to build strong interpersonal relationships,
and possess superior communication skills (oral and written).
- Must have a history of
successful attainment of sales and customer service goals, and expanding
or changing responsibility. Must be comfortable in sales situations,
and have the courage to close sales.
- Must possess a strong
attention to detail.
- Must be able to lead
others by influence.
- Must possess solid
computer skills, including the use of the MS office suite. Must be
able to quickly learn company systems and platforms. Prior
experience with Salesforce.com would be preferable.
