Georgia "Birthday Tax"

Just wondering if anyone living in Georgia has bought or sold a Model A since March 3rd.

I just purchased a new car and learned the facts concerning the new "Birthday or Georgia Title Tax" which now must be paid at the time of purchase. Not only from a dealer, as in the past but now even if purchased from an individual.

I'm curious as to how this new law will affect our A's?
