I am looking for a fairly inexpensive cell phone. I would like to pre-
pay my minutes. The most important thing I need is unlimited incoming
calls. Is that something available? I don't make a lot of out going
calls. I have tried to figure out all the jargon amongst the various
providers but it just leaves me more stressed than anything. Hope
someone can give me some answers.
