AHH!! HELP ME...MAJOR PROBLEM!!

Hi,

I was wondering if there was a way to like "restore" things that you
have deleted on your cell phone. I accidentally did "delete all"
instead of "delete" aaaaannnnd, ALL of my calendar appointments got
deleted, which is REALLY bad for me because all of my appointments and
meetings, and work days, and dentist appointments and EVERYTHING IN MY
LIFE, was on there, and now it is gone, and for a REALLY long time I
will be missing appointments because they are no longer on my phone.

PLEASE HELP ME IF YOU CAN!!

(oh, and i will need things explained so that the directions are easy
to follow if possible, because I am not exactly "tech savy".)

Unless you have the infomation backed up some where, there is no way
to restore it.
