Thank you to all who were able to attend our meeting Tuesday to discuss a collective community outreach plan.

Many of us were assigned tasks and please follow up on the tasks for our Thursday meeting.

Below are some highlights:

We need to support community outreach

We need to be part of planning outreach

The SFVIP currently has two vacancies to fill.  The job descriptions will be emailed to the group.  Arturo will also look into van sharing of the SFVIP vans formerly CRN vans.

With the SFVIP being down two workers rather then ask the city for funds we are requesting an outreach plan to use those resources.  Arturo will work with Valerie.  We will ask Carolyn to request a budget modification to move money into outreach stipends.  Val will follow up on list of outreach workers given.  Any other names please forward.

We need some immediate things for the family.  We have made contact and the two boys are interested in employment.  Arturo will try to negotiate IPO slots.  Valentina will get the info to Julia.

Each agency will try to expand services for the next 4 weeks.  Budgets and requests can be sent back to this email.

A ceremony will be planned for Thursday after receiving permission from the family.

The task list and official request will go out after Thursdays meeting.
