Hello, Lawrence! Thanks for coming by :)
Right now only about three of our members are really 'active' I'm not sure what everyone else is doing, they just listen I guess (we know you're out there!)
which is a rough non-French-speaking person's (me) translation of Sudre's Solresol dictionary. Of course, when I say 'finished', I don't mean it's done or stagnant. It still needs work, of course. We're hoping that as we use the language it will evolve and become more independent and less dependent on French.
(Speaking of which, if you know French, quality control of that dicitonary is something that we need)
None of us are fluent in Solresol, of course, but I think we're learning. Right now some of us are helping one of our members (Travis) to translate some 'spells' into Solresol for a book he's publishing.
Do you know of others who are interested in Solresol? Send 'em over if you do; we always want (need) more people here (if I may speak for all of us).
I'm fine practicing it via written communication until I get more of a feel for it, but skype is deffinitely a possibility.
