Hi,

My name's Sébastien. I'm a 35 years old French primary school teacher. I like board games and read fantastic and sci-fi books. I like languages too. I speak French, English, Esperanto, toki pona, Glosa and a little German. and Klingon. I also learned Solresol, Interlingua and Latin but can't really use them. At the moment I'm learning aUI and French Sign-Language. In a close future I'll try to learn Indonesian and Lakhota. So basically I quite enjoy anything that has something to do with native languages and conlangs.
I have a blog in Esperanto about games (cards, dice, boards...) [http://ludoj.over-blog.com/] and a facebook account where you can find me [http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=1751813583]

Cheers !
Séb.

So if you're new (which at this point basically includes everyone), it'd be great if you could give us all a basic introduction - at least your name, age, etc. I'll go ahead and get us started :)

I love music (I play the flute and a bit of piano) and languages (I'm learning Spanish and Esperanto (and Solresol of course!) and I hope to learn Greek at some point too). I'd love to see Solresol become something that is accessible and useable, so right now I'm trying to do everything I can to make that happen. I'm pretty much always interested in talking to anyone, so feel free to contact me in some way if you need/want to.

to Solresol
Hi all,

I'm Matt. I'm another American in the group, almost 30 >_< , and a
language fanatic. I learned Esperanto a few years back and that opened
the door for me to other invented languages. I like Solresol for a
number of reasons, but among them is the numerous ways in which it can
be expressed (by numbers, colors, etc). I've been interested in
Solresol for over two years now. I contacted Greg (who's in this
group) back then because he had a website dedicated to reviving the
language. I also worked on translating dialogues into Solresol for a
guy named Andrew who was working on a movie that was going to
incorporate the language (but the movie ended up not being realized).

I really hope Solresol gets some life to it.
