World wide indicators make U.S. students seem unprepared. Should
students of high ability get educated privately? Right now many
students in Minnesota's public high schools escape to more appropriate
college classes through the P.S.E.O.A. program....post secondarty
educational options. Are high schools unprepared for excellence in
Minnesota? What's Q-Comp got to do with students? Good teachers are
teaching to the middle, perhaps, and are not really prepared to reach
for the educational stars. In sports we have 'stars'...why not in
education?
