Localizers - Strings for version 1.8.2

Hello,

a new release of MiniBatteryLogger is quite ready and as usual I'm
sending to all localizers the current language pack and missing
strings for their language.

- the MBL_Localization_YOURLANGUAGE archive contains the current
localization files, while
- the MBL_Localization_MissingStrings_YOURLANGUAGE archive contains
the missing strings. A string is considered missing when it is found
equal to the English one. Please ignore strings whose translation is
identical to the English sentence.

Localizers can download the English only RC version from the Google
Group and use it as a reference.

If you would like to contribute another localization for a missing
language, you're welcome. Write me and I'll explain what you have to
do.
