good part-time job for a railer

How are you ? I have a web site called InterMeds at www.intermedsonline.com
and I need smart railers to upgrade the web site. It is essentially a
health information exchange web site to create complete medical
records for patients.
As you may be aware, electronical medical records (EMR) are helpful
but there is a lack of interoperability between different EMR sytems
so the records are all fragmented (stored at different locations)
creating difficulties and higher costs for the patients, insurance
companies and doctors.
The railer will upgrade the existing system written in Ruby with MySQL
database and, hopefully, create a system to export automatically
information from different EMR into InterMeds.
Please email me whoever is interested in this great part-time job
(10-20h per week. Salary is negotiable)
