CTRL+ALT+BREAK broken?

Windows XP SP3
Terminal Services Client 6.0.6001.18000
For some reason, CTRL+ALT+BREAK has stopped working - whatever window
state the client is in is where it stays when I hit C+A+B. If
fullscreen, the window restores down and then immediately jumps back
to fullscreen, and vice-versa. Is anyone else experiencing this
problem? Is there a fix?
