Excel 2003 Freezes when switching worksheets

I have a few worksheets I am working in and when I am making changes and switching tabs excel will freeze for 20-30 seconds and then I can click in a cell and switch worksheets again. 

I have already tried the Auto Calculations changing it to manual and also my resolution is not over the y 1200 issue others have had. Anyone out there with similar issues?

The Workbook works great in 2007 with no issues
