Check the SVN log, it should tell you where they got moved to

LPC176x-Development-Board had an Arduino-compatible header layout and
is now at:

The MicropendousX project as-is is not going to be continued so only
treat the designs as a jumping off point for your own work. For
example, the schematic symbols, pcb footprints, and schematics are
reusable. However, check everything again yourself and don't assume
anything.
