WATCH the Hamburg World Cup LIVE Sunday!

This time we actually get live video for our race! I am racing the
Hamburg BG World Cup tomorrow in Hamburg, Germany. The men's race was
today and there were over 50,000 fans watching in this cool city. It
is a very technical course with an 8 lap bike through the city
streets. The swim course is very unique - it goes under bridges and
starts and finishes in different areas. I am pretty excited!

The coverage begins Sunday at 2:30 pm local time, which is 8:30 am on
the East Coast. This is my last World Cup for a while so don't miss
it, especially with the video coverage.

I'll be heading back to the States on Monday, finally, after nearly 6
weeks over in Europe. I'll be sure to update my website soon, I've
had limited internet access this week.
