各位醫師與醫學院學生：
國際學士後醫學學程(International Postgraduate Medical Training /
IPMT)提供醫學執業者以及相關專業人士一個能夠認識人智醫學的機會，並且在完成整個學程後授予國際人智醫學證照。在參與這個學程前，參與者毋須先備知識。國際學士後醫學學程同時也是一個機會，讓來自不同文化的同事們聚集，討論各自相互有興趣的主題。學程是以多種語言的方式舉辦，像是當中許多課程是由講德語的專家授課，這讓不熟悉舉辦地當地語言的人也能參加，同時也要感謝許多翻譯者的投入才能完成課程中的溝通。
人智醫學是啟發自哲學博士魯道夫．史代納(1861-1925)與德國醫師依塔．瑪利亞．薇格曼(Ita Maria
Wegman)的合作，史代納是奧地利哲學家、歌德研究者，同時也是人智學知識的源起者。他們合作開設的首間診所建立於1921年的阿勒斯海姆(瑞士)與司圖加(德國)，而現今人智醫學已經在超過六十個國家被實踐了。
我們自2002年開始提供國際性的學士後人智醫學訓練，我們的目標是要讓每一個對人智醫學有興趣的國家，都能夠得到認證級的訓練或者是人智醫學的介紹。我們的做法是幫助人們自己幫助自己，像是在可行的情況下，讓舉辦國的同事自己籌畫每個課程，我們希望讓他們自然營造出適合的環境，以建立自己國家的人智醫學協會，並且在之後的某個階段能開始獨立執行人智醫學的發展工作。要完成這些，其中一個前提是必須能與人智醫學已發展完善的國家以及歐洲的專業中心保持良好的聯繫，這也是為何我們會非常歡迎來自人智醫學發展完善國家的參與者。
國際學士後醫學學程的參與者，將聚集在一起，並且在大自然中學習歌德式的植物觀察法與研究，參與者所學習的醫療形式，不僅只是一種涵蓋全人類、自然與宇宙的診斷與治療方法而已，同時也是去尋求對疾病與健康的社會面理解。因此我們的工作同時也包含關注命運的劇烈變動(包括對個人以及對人類整體的影響)、內在靈性發展的探索、職業倫理，以及如何在社會中以健康的方式工作。我們特別將重點放在人智學中，自我發展的健康導向學說(salutogenetic)與疾病預防方法、藝術治療、華德福教育(與預防性醫療的關聯)，以及能夠恢復土壤的生機互動農業。

Dear Colleagues and Medical Students,
The International Postgraduate Medical Training (IPMT) offers a way
into Anthroposophic Medicine for general medical practitioners and
specialists alike, and finishes with an international certificate in
Anthroposophic Medicine. No previous knowledge is required. The IPMT
is
also an opportunity to come together with colleagues from other
cultures and discuss topics of mutual interest. The multilingual
setting,
with many of the courses being taught by German-speaking experts,
attracts people who do not necessarily understand the local language.
And communication is possible thanks to the many who can translate
back and forth.
Anthroposophic Medicine was inaugurated by Rudolf Steiner, PhD
(1861-1925), an Austrian philosopher, Goethe researcher, and the
originator of the anthroposophic method of knowledge, in collaboration
with the Dutch doctor Ita Maria Wegman, MD (1876-1943), when
the first clinics were established in Arlesheim (Switzerland) and
Stuttgart (Germany) in 1921. Anthroposophic Medicine is now practised
in
over 60 countries.
We have been offering this international postgraduate training in
Anthroposophic Medicine since 2002. Our aim is to make certified
training
in or an introduction to Anthroposophic Medicine available in any
country where it is wanted. This is done by helping people to help
themselves – each course is organized by colleagues in the country
where it is held, to the extent that this is feasible. It is hoped
that they
can simultaneously create the conditions for establishing their own
national associations for Anthroposophic Medicine and can
independently carry on with the work in their countries at some point.
One of the prerequisites is to have good contacts in countries where
Anthroposophic Medicine is already well-established, and with the
relevant centres of expertise in Europe. That is one reason why we are
always glad of participants from the well-established countries.
Living under one roof and surrounded by nature that supports their
Goetheanistic plant observations and studies, IPMT participants learn
to
know a form of medicine that aims to do more than develop a way of
diagnosis and therapy that comprehends the whole human being,
nature and the cosmos. It also seeks to understand the social
dimension of illness and health. Our work thus includes the dramatic
aspect
of destiny (affecting both individuals and humanity as a whole),
questions of inner spiritual development, professional ethics, and
healthy
ways of working in society. We place particular importance on the
primarily salutogenetic, preventative approach of anthroposophic self
development, art therapies, Waldorf education (with its relevance for
preventative medicine), and biodynamic agriculture, which works to
regenerate the soil.
