Mark your calendars: Financial Aid Night-Thursday, December 2 at 7:00pm at MHS.

The monthly guidance newsletter will no longer be printed and distributed to every student at MHS. You may access the newsletter at www.miamisburgcityschool.org. If you do not have the internet, drop by the guidance office for a copy.

School Picture Retakes: Tomorrow first period. Forms are available in the office or in Room 412.

EVT will be hosting the 2nd Annual Dodgeball Tournament on November 19th at 7:30 in the high school gym. The cost is $20 for a 6 person team. If you have any questions, visit room 504.

Chess Club: Meets Mondays after school in room 111. Refreshments will be served!

Show Choir starts back up tomorrow from 2:30-3:30 in Mrs. Kinner’s room (600). All are welcome to join.

Intramural Basketball: Boys & Girls in grades 9-12. Registration forms in the main office and athletic office and are due November 17.

Attention Sophomores- Registration for the practice ACT or the PLAN test has begun. The cost of the test is $11.00 please sign up in guidance through Nov. 15 or until spots are filled.

Attention seniors: There are many colleges visiting MHS in the next 3 weeks, including University of Toledo and The School of Advertising Art. Sign up in the counselor’s office if you are interested.

DID YOU KNOW? Save your money!!! Work hard for scholarships. Last year the average price increase in tuition at a 4-year state university rose 5.5%. The average price increase at a private 4-year university was 4%. Two-year colleges in Ohio saw an average tuition increase of 4.5%.
