Hi whoever,
It is a nice feeling that those 3 years at Edison are not lost in the flow of years. I suppose many have little else to consider in this stage of life but I feel like one
of the fortunate ones. Having stayed the course here in Miami, even staying in Miami Shores! The one person that I knew why back when is John Tompkins. He was a
good friend all the way back to Miami Shores Ele. Lost track thru the years and then ran into his bro. Ken Tompkins ( class of '57 or so). He would not give me John's
address but had to go thru his mother. I lost that address and tried to reach John via Email as it was part of the info. given for our class along with a grad. pic.
If you have any further info for John Tompkins, it would be appreciated. My best guess is that is was a Nam issue as was with so many. I was fortunate to push pencils
during that time for the USAF.
Sorry for the long message but had to inquire about my old friend. By the way, I live just 3 blocks from his old house and sent him pic's of the house as it is today but received
no reply. Not a good sign. Thanking you again for your interest in keeping this thing going, and I did attend the Sat. morning get together last years. P.S. Enjoyed my talk with Dr.
